NECAT Kicks Off Fresh Cooking Series
Learn how to cook innovative Mediterranean Mezze (small dishes served as appetizers) from our very own celebrity
Chef Saba Wahid Duffy. Limited to 12 participants, each group will prepare both a hot and cold Mezze (H
ummus, Baba Ghanoush, Grilled Kofta, Falafel, Tabbouleh and more!). After prepping and cooking, the groups will join together for a family style sampling of six Mezze dishes. All participants will conclude the evening with a small keepsake to remember the evening.

She was cast for a special episode of Chopped with Martha Stewart on Food Network and won the grand prize, which she invested her earnings and started her own Modern Mediterranean food truck called Kush By Saba which is currently operating in Boston.
