NECAT Serving a Second Chance

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic NECAT has been able to extend its services in large part with the support from the Boston Foundation’s COVID-19 Response Fund.

The Fund was established by a coalition of business, government and philanthropic partners to rapidly deploy flexible resources to organizations in Greater Boston that are working with communities that are disproportionately affected by the coronavirus outbreak.

NECAT was a proud and grateful recipient of a grant from the Fund’s second round of giving on April 6th. We are featured in a series of stories about nonprofits that are on the front-lines of Boston’s response to the crisis on the Foundation’s blog. You can read more here.
