Bubbles & Beats at NECAT
On August 13th, NECAT hosted its fourth annual Bubbles & Beats event, welcoming more than 120 guests. Catering Director Chef Quandre McGhee and a talented team of NECAT alumni and students prepared an array of delicious bites from NECAT’s catering menu, including jerk chicken skewers, mini-empanadas, crème Brulée puffs. Culinary Director Avery Perry dazzled guests with a beet tortellini cooking demo, bringing color and flavor, and guests got to sample his creation.
